快挙 ― 2013/09/16
昨日は大小織り交ぜて快挙が連発。先ず朝、何時もの様にネットで天声人語を読んでいた。敬老の日の前日とあってか、正岡子規の生身魂の句から始まっていた。生身魂は先月の欅句会の兼題で、先生の句はその後、朝日俳壇に入選した事を思い出しながら読んでいると、最後にその句が載っているのではありませんか。

と。びっくりしたなぁ、俳句では先生とはいえ、朝日新聞の一面に同期生の名前を見るとは。
次は夕方、日本プロ野球のシーズン最多本塁打記録の４９年ぶりの更新。過去２回、外国人選手が王貞治氏の持つ記録に並ぶ事はあったが、その後露骨な敬遠等で越す事はなかった。日本人もようやく外国人選手が日本人の持つ記録を更新する事に寛容になれたという事か。個人的には王と同じ真面目な性格のバレンティ選手が破ってくれて良かったと思う。
最後は寝る前、飛び込んで来たニュース。キズナがフランスで凱旋門賞の前哨戦ニエユ賞を獲得し、凱旋門賞制覇が見えて来た事だ。私は結婚を機に馬券を買うのは止めたが、見るのは今でも好きだ。キズナはレースの無い時は大山ヒルズでトレーニングをしているので、地元の馬と言えなくもない。そういう馬が世界一を争うレースに出場するとあれば、応援せざる負えない。

I was wondering if you ever thought of changing the layout of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?
